To make sure that the Engine fits to be like Melee as MUCH as possible we made some not-worthy changes to the engine as possible. Some custom and some taken RIGHT FROM Melee.
Now when you wavedash and shield off a ledge you don't go into tumble animation
In Melee, Characters could only jab reset once but if fast enough can get 2 jab resets in.
How annoying is it to get your modpack replays mixed up with your Vanilla SSF2 ones ? FEAR NOT WE HAVE SOMETHING TO SOLVE THIS.
Now for 1.2 PM:FE now has PMFE named replays. Instead of "Untitled Replay" like it is in Vanilla SSF2.
Also, a current W.I.P. by me is that now I will try and make sure you can dash just like you can in melee which means the turning around is much MUCH harder and doesn't even exist anymore. This was i Melee as well and it can help with faster inputs and reaction time.

Also, as stated in the Patch 1.2 LiveStream, we are working on Melee Mechanics such as L-Cancelling. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCES :)

L-Cancelling is a real pain to code especially since it's in the character codes and not the engine codes. With the extra characters coming to 1.2 this is gonna be a hustle with L-Cancelling especially since you have to code it for all 5 aerials for the 22 characters in PM:FE Patch 1.2
